About the role:
In this role, you will engage inbound leads, generate outbound opportunities, and drive new revenue and customer acquisition. You will act as a trusted consultant in the payments space, building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of a dynamic product ecosystem.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from web forms and partners, understanding business needs and converting them into sales opportunities
- Identify and pursue new customers through research, networking, and proactive outbound outreach, including cold calling
- Act as a trusted consultant and payments expert, delivering tailored solutions aligned with client requirements
- Lead negotiations on pricing and terms, close deals, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Drive revenue growth and new account acquisition by successfully onboarding customers into the product ecosystem
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a seamless sales experience and ongoing engagement
- Accurately track sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in HubSpot, providing regular performance updates and forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on strategy, goals, and customer success initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent French speaker, with C1-level English both oral and written
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development, including cold calling and deal closing
- Strong phone-based sales skills, with confidence in handling objections and closing deals
- Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot knowledge is an advantage
- Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Proven ability to consistently follow up, nurture leads, and drive opportunities to closure
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work independently
- Target-driven approach with a consultative sales style.
