DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Build sustainable customer relationships through clear and effective communication
- Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools and processes
- Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related activities
- Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or near-native Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and natural accent, with good command of English
- Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles
- Good MS Office skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
