Position: Customer Service Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
    • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction
    • Build sustainable customer relationships through clear and effective communication
    • Provide accurate and complete information using internal tools and processes
    • Meet individual and team performance targets and quality standards
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account-related activities
  • Follow internal communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or near-native Italian speaker with excellent communication skills and natural accent, with good command of English
  • Previous customer service experience is considered an advantage
  • Strong phone communication and active listening skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different customer profiles
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
