Position: Account Manager

Location: Malaga, Spain, hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage partner forecasting/partners performance by tracking tools
  • Responsible for partner pipeline management, detect new opportunities and drive successful and profitable closure of deal rate
  • Responsible for a portfolio of partners and develop their sell out, growth and margin
  • Understand partner market and competition. Evaluate reseller interest
  • Define resellers target of wallet, growth rate, program qualification/certification, identify gaps and define actions how to close gaps
  • Educate partner sales force on products and solutions, create partner loyalty
  • Ensure partners are taking advantage of promotions, events & programs
  • Work together with partner to drive revenue and support them to close big deals
  • Drive Attach rates with resellers
  • Orchestrate different available internal resources to support partner to drive joint revenues and use success-leveraging methods to support sales
  • May have deal pricing delegation rights and be expected to demonstrate required skills to utilize effectively
  • Aggressively review account activities in pursuit of new business/upselling opportunities
  • Monitor execution of partner marketing plan, investment and co-marketing activities review and proposal, monitor ROI
  • Hunt & Recruit new partners when relevant
  • May attend country partner events for meeting key partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native/fluent in Swedish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
  • Minimum of 2 years' related technical sales experience is preferred
  • Experience in working in Channel environment, knowledge of partners and distributors is considered as an advantage
  • Familiar with channel programs
  • Solid knowledge of sales CRMs, Microsoft Office package
  • Ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisions
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills (both oral and written)
  • Target/goal oriented with a sound business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Eager, quick learner with the ability to work independently, while being a team player at the same time.
