Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Fully remote in either Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czechia

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

About the role.
We are currently hiring German-speaking Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact, you'll handle incoming queries, provide clear solutions, and guide customers through internet and landline services.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries primarily via telephone support, ensuring a professional and service-oriented customer experience
  • Support customers with internet and landline services, including billing, basic technical queries, and package information
  • Provide clear solutions and guidance to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Manage and update cases across internal systems with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in German (C1 minimum) both verbal and written. English is a bonus but not compulsory
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, call-based environment
  • Basic IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
