What will you do?

You'll support customers through phone, email and chat, helping with their questions and requests while delivering a professional and high-quality customer experience.

What are we looking for?

• Native or fluent Dutch
• Advanced English
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Customer Care / Call Centre experience is a plus
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Currently based in Portugal or able to work from Lisbon

Location & Working Model

Sete Rios, Lisbon

Initially on-site

Possibility to move to a hybrid model after 3 months, based on performance
