Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Enhance client and agency relationships by providing tailored, performance-boosting digital marketing strategies.
- Strategic Consultancy: Offer high-quality consultative guidance to help customers maximize their ROI on advertising investments.
- Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to promote additional digital marketing products and solutions that support business expansion.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Education & Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
- Language Skills: fluent German
- Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Google products, including Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
